In 2004, a pivotal moment arrived when Lynda became a certified yoga teacher, Just a year after moving with her family to Australia. A passion for health and holistic living drove Lynda to explore food as medicine, Ayurveda, Raw Veganism, Ketogenic diets, and the transformative power of fasting.
Lynda answered the calling of the birthing industry, where she passionately became a pre/post-natal yoga instructor, a childbirth educator, and a compassionate doula. In 2017, life took a challenging turn with a separation from a 24-year marriage, menopause and the departure of Lynda’s last child from the family home. This tumultuous period led Lynda on a journey through emotional wounds and past traumas, navigating the depths of the underworld.

COVID forced Lynda back to Australia where she retreated from the world, continuing the journey towards recovery.
During lockdowns, Lynda’s fascination with the power of sound and frequencies was rekindled. She trained in sound healing and adding tuning forks to her skill set. She currently offers sound baths and 1:1 healing sessions.
In 2023, Lynda stumbled upon the transformative practice of Soma.
