Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a profoundly relaxing reclined meditation, you simply follow the teacher's voice as it guides you on a journey around the body leading you into a deeply restful and receptive state of mind.

You will travel into the realm of the subconscious and unconscious where problems can be dissolved and solutions can arise.

The affirmation of an intention or ‘Sankalpa’ is stated at the beginning and again towards the end of the practice. This is received like a seed planted in the fertile soil of the mind.

A ‘Sankalpa’ is more than a positive affirmation or intention, it is your heart's deep longing for creation to manifestation. With daily repetition of your Sankalpa that seed will grow and bear the fruit of a new embedded and embodied belief.

You will leave this practice feeling deeply restored, rested and at peace.
