Lynda will encourage you to drop your daily concerns and move into deep states of relaxation. The journey begins with gentle sounds, building in volume to a crescendo and gradually softening into silences.

Chimes, Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Cosmic Tone Instruments, Tuning forks and Ocean drums all carry different frequencies.

By allowing these frequencies to surge through your body you will begin to release the stagnant energy from your body and biofield, encouraging a feeling of renewal and attunement with your true vibratory self.

Its Ok if you sleep, its a indicator of how much rest your body needs. You will still be receiving the benefits of the practice.

Many people snore when they fall asleep on their backs due to the restrictions in the airways and an open mouth.

I offer a small amount of month tape which stops the lower jaw from dropping open which usually remedies the problem.
